I just wanted to let you know that Craig, our A/C guy, is so good! He is always very thorough, walks around and asks everyone whether the temp etc is ok and then reports back on what he has done. It’s very clear he enjoys his job, takes it seriously, and is very good at it.
We all really appreciate it (I told him so today too).
