I would like to say a huge thankyou to Daniel and Ben who installed our airconditioner on Wednesday.
Daniel was once again exceptional in his customer service, his honesty, his experience and his reliability. I trust him completely in ensuring that we get a quality product with outstanding service. He is so easy to talk to and is open and honest with us. When it came to getting a new airconditioner my husband said that we should shop around. My answer – no thanks. I have used your company before and was so happy that I was staying with H&H. Thank Daniel. Now go have a coffee!!!
I had not met Ben before as I understand that he is new but I have to say that he was such a nice guy, was so polite, very neat and tidy and I felt completed at ease with him. He put the remote on the wall for me when I asked, even though he had packed up already. Excellent choice in employees.
So thanks once again for a great experience. We will definitely be seeing Daniel again in April 2014.
