Technicool were contracted on a design and construct basis. The project consisted of Daikin ducted air conditioning systems, serving various office spaces. Ventilation to amenities and fresh air make up for all office spaces. The warehouse attached to the offices had a smoke exhaust system installed with an exhaust rate of 50,000I/s.
